Lane End is the market leader in the construction and housing sector in the North West. We worked with them for over two years, transforming their existing brand and creating a new visual identity that stood out from their competitors in the industry.

THERE’S NOTHING THAT GIVES ME GREATER SATISFACTION THAN SEEING A FAMILY ENJOY ONE OF THE PROPERTIES WE SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME, CARE AND EXPERT SKILL IN BUILDING. WE PUT THE SAME PRIDE AND PROFESSIONALISM INTO EVERY HOUSE WE BUILD.

BACKGROUND

LANE END were the market leaders in their industry, however their brand was dated, under developed and lacked consistency. We were approached by their newly appointed Communications Manager to work alongside him to overhaul their visual identity on both print and digital platforms.

Lane End pride themselves on their social footprint, so a key goal was a brand that would work for both the construction sector and local people in the areas they build.

GOALS

>  Modernise their existing logo and brand into something that works in the present and will work in the future.

>  Increase brand awareness for business to business and the general public in the areas they build in.

>  Increase recruitment and retain staff through better internal brand experience.

PROCESS

CONSULTATION

We met with Lane End's management team to dig deep into their business and decide on their goals for a new visual identity and how they would measure success.

CONCEPTS

After the consultation process we developed multiple brand concepts.

BAND DEVELOPMENT

We then developed one concept into a full brand and brand guidelines.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Once the brand guidelines had been completed we developed their website, working alongside Neilson Reeves Photography.

LAUNCH

Leading up to the launch we had transformed their internal branding and had developed a marketing strategy for both print and digital which allowed for a smooth transition when the website first live.

ONGOING

We've continued to work with Lane End through production of their print media, which took the form of newsletters, brochures, banners and site hoardings. We also maintained their website to keep it up to date for continuing brand awareness.

RESULTS

Lane End had a visual identity to match their status as market leaders in the construction industry. They achieved a higher level of social connectivity in the areas they build and much more brand awareness through their website and print marketing.
